Renter compromise
I really am not sure if i should kick this renter out. I mean, the economy is improving, i am seeing houses get multiple bids (although mainly for houses under a 1M). I am betting the rents are going to stabilize if not go up. I guess i am going to compromise and offer her a 6.25% reduction and see what she says.
