24 online windows client
ooh, i couldn’t ask the rushing beam cable customer service technicians, so i am asking here. Anyone know how to download the 24online client for my XP laptop?

login in there with ur usrname & pwd
there u can find the 24 online client

I am using Cisco VPN client with a 24online connection of 128 kbps connection. Frequently the connection hangs and I must logout of my connection and re-login to connect to the VPN again.
Can anyone suggest the problem and a possible solution.

Hi Soumya,
I encountered the same problem. It was caused by a short session time out value provided by the service provider.
In my case they were aware of the issue and adviced moving to another package that would resolve this issue by having a longer time out period.
In my case the time out was around 15 min.

hey man i use 24 online client and while downloading when i exit it the download speed boosts upto 200 kbps from 10 kbps but i cannot surf the web without 24 online client so any program that can prevent 24 online client

I am havning a different situation. I have a 24Online client with 256 Kbps connection and I am using Cisco VPN Client to connect to my office network. But immediately after logging in to VPN client, the system is restarting. Anyone has any idea?

Hi,
I use a beam cable connection,I used to work on a WINXP PROF sp1,In this service pack,I used to connect to the internet using the 24 online client and it used to work fine,recently I upgraded to SP2 and for my surprise,immeadiately after upgrading and installing the 24 online client,My net stopped working,The date flow from in and out of my computer were totally blocked,I checked the windows firewall if it was blocking any but it was not,Is it that 24online client is not supposed to work with WIn XP prof SP2 or do I need to do something extra to have the client working

Hello everybody,
I am having a problem with 24 Online Client (the Linux one) i.e. crclient,
that When i accessed the crclient first time, i was able to login…but when after shutting down my system and then i tried to login in same way, it says
“this process is already running with pid 2992″ now I tried many times and the same msg is encountered…
I deleted the crclient and re downloaded it but the condition is again the same….
can anyone help me in doing so…
my status:
I am using WindowXP too with Redhat Enterprise AS linux….
and use 24Online Client from both the OS..

Hi roman..i have a similiar problem …i can connect to my hathway server but it regularly keeps disconnecting and my net speed is reduced to as low as 50 bytes/sec all started after sp2 update.

i am user u r 24 online, i got a problem i am using utorrent ,it shows me that a problem “not connectable a firewall/router is limiting ur network traffic you need to open the port”

Hi ALL,
24 online client software blocks ports and VPN might not work properly. System might also restart if you try to do so. For those who use thie software to login, I would suggest to use http login at:
http://192.168.1.1(or IP provided by ISP)/24online/webpages/client.jsp.
The above URL opens a http session for login, wherein you can use your same userid/passwd you use with client s.w. But donot close this window after you login or else ur session will be disconnected.

hey all 24 online clients users .
go to www,orkut.com
and search for 24 online in communities .
there i have put up a step to step hacking instructions.
and it works.
if it doesnot then u have to ask ur isp to fordward some ports.
then u will definetly be able to get in the admin account.
i have a 64 kb connection but i use othere 10 mbbit connection.
althouh i dont get total connection.
5 to 7 mbps is very very enough

hey sometimes my net goes upto very high speed like download rate 400kb/sec and again comes back to normal.Please can someone tell me if there a hack to increase the download speed from 20kb/sec to 400kb/sec.please help!

Hi Everyone,
I have a Beam cable data transfer package of 2.8 GB limit. This ran perfectly well for over 5 months. Last month, I have noticed a usage of over 7GB, while I am sure it is practically impossible for us to be even touch 1 GB monthly. Beam cable blames it on us (they play it safe). However, I am sure that there network connections are so insecure, that anyone on their network can use anyone elses connection (especially coz data transfer connections are of a higher speed).
Instead, I have heard recently, that there are websites that cater to hacking beam cable connections by spoofing Mac Id’s. Supposedly, Beam cable has blocked a few websites that post such information. Its a sad situation that Beam cable, can’t solve such critical problems - Shame on you Beam Cable!

hey recently the beam cable changed the connnection pattern by deleting the 24online client and making my connection a dynamic ip address by this my speed has been reduced and i cant able to increase the speed without 24online client and if i tried to install the 24online client then it is not working saying that server not found….if anyone sloved the problem plzzzz let me now i need the speed back plzzz
