VPN/VOIP workin
so finally, i have both voip and VPN working from beam cable. You should ask for the 1GB package and tell him that you need it for VPN. While they advertise this 1gb package for 1000Rs, they asked me for 1500 just because i am using for both voip and vpn. How random!

I am using Cisco VPN client with a 24online connection of 128 kbps connection. Frequently the connection hangs and I must logout of my connection and re-login to connect to the VPN again.
Can anyone suggest the problem and a possible solution.

Dear Manager,
I am very glad to have this opportunity to write to you.
Seeing from your website that you can provide the VPN for VoIP Solutions.
But nowadays, the VPN solutions to solve VoIP blocking issues seems not such great when users using it.
We can provide you a new solution which is called VGCP (VoiceGuard Control Protocol), please refer to:

Thank you very much. Hope to hearing from you ASAP.
