I wanted to answer your question, though, about &quot;why would anyone want to target happy families&quot;... The usual answer to this question is that it is happy families who are usually in a position to affect change, by voting differently, complaining to the government about whatever policies are provoking the terrorists, etc.  Also, for right or wrong, blowing up a bunch of crack addicts huddled together in a slum doesn't bring as much publicity and outrage, both of which are a terrorist's lifeblood.</description>
